Masakan Nusantara started in 2015 as a single kitchen in Jakarta, serving home-style Indonesian recipes passed down through generations. What began as a modest neighborhood restaurant quickly became known for its consistency — the same rendang, the same sambal, the same warmth, every single visit.
Today, Masakan Nusantara has grown into 12 branches across the country, from Jakarta to Balikpapan — but the recipes haven't changed. Every branch is trained to the same standard, so wherever you're dining with us, it feels like home.
